Terms of Service

Last updated: April 25, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sumit Kumar (an individual sole proprietor, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating the Autopilot Videos service (the “Service”) available at https://autopilotvideos.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Autopilot Videos is currently operated by an individual sole proprietor, not by a registered company. The Service is provided in that individual’s personal capacity. Subscribers should evaluate this when relying on the Service for revenue-generating business operations.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You are not located in, and not a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and you are not on any government list of restricted parties.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including any damages caused by unauthorized access through your credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.
  • You must notify us immediately at hello@autopilotvideos.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account, sublicense access, create accounts by automated means, or operate multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse-detection systems.

3. The Service

Autopilot Videos is a creator tool that generates short-form videos from your inputs and, on the schedule you configure, publishes those videos to YouTube channels you have explicitly connected. The Service includes:

  • AI-assisted content generation (news bulletins, topic explainers, celebrity profiles)
  • YouTube publishing via authorized OAuth connections
  • User-configured scheduling tools and channel health monitoring

YouTube authorization (Google OAuth)

Autopilot Videos uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel via Google OAuth, you authorizeAutopilot Videos to (a) read that channel’s public metadata and public statistics under the youtube.readonly scope, and (b) upload videos that Autopilot Videos generates from your inputs to that same channel under the youtube.upload scope, on your behalf and on the schedule you have configured. You may revoke this authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; revocation is effective immediately on Google’s side and terminates Autopilot Videos’s ability to publish to that channel. Your use of YouTube remains governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you are responsible for ensuring that all content you generate and publish through Autopilot Videos complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable law.

What the Service does not do

Autopilot Videos does not read, post, reply to, or moderate comments on your videos or anyone else’s. Autopilot Videos does not modify videos after upload, does not set custom thumbnails, and does not enumerate or interact with videos uploaded outside Autopilot Videos.Autopilot Videos does not access YouTube Analytics beyond the public statistics returned by the channels API, does not generate artificial engagement signals (views, likes, comments, subscriptions), and does not interact with subscribers, viewers, or other accounts. The Service operates only on the channels you have explicitly connected and only with the permissions you have explicitly granted.

The Service is currently in active development and is offered on a best-effort basis. We may add, modify, deprecate, or remove features at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.

Some features may be designated “Beta”, “Preview”, or “Experimental”. Beta features are provided AS IS, may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice, and are excluded from any service-level commitment or warranty. Your sole remedy for any defect in a Beta feature is to discontinue use.

4. Your content and license

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service — including publishing Your Content to your YouTube channel(s) as you direct.

We may use de-identified, aggregated metadata about Service usage (such as feature counts, error rates, and performance telemetry) to operate, analyze, and improve the Service. We will not use identifiable Your Content to train third-party AI models, and we will not use identifiable Your Content to train our own AI models without your separate written consent.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all permissions necessary to publish all content you schedule, including all music, voice, and imagery licenses required
  • You have obtained all necessary releases for any identifiable person depicted in Your Content (right of publicity, model releases)
  • Your Content does not infringe intellectual property rights, defame any person, or violate any privacy or publicity right
  • Your Content complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service
  • Your Content is not unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited by Section 6

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google/YouTube, AI providers (for content generation), text-to-speech providers, image-generation providers, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms:

We do not warrant the continued availability of any third-party service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, policies, or outages of third-party services. You are responsible for complying with their terms. If a third-party suspends or terminates your access (or ours), we may suspend the Service to you without liability and without refund of any fees paid for the affected period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
  • Generate, publish, or distribute content depicting the name, image, voice, or likeness of any identifiable person — living or deceased — without all rights, releases, and permissions necessary under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the content may be viewed
  • Generate or publish deepfakes, synthetic-media impersonations, or content that places any real person in false light
  • Generate or publish election disinformation, political impersonations, or content prohibited by election laws in any jurisdiction in which the content may be viewed
  • Generate or distribute spam, misinformation, malware, or content designed to deceive
  • Generate or distribute medical, legal, or financial advice presented as authoritative without qualified human review
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others
  • Publish content that sexualizes minors or incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected classes
  • Circumvent YouTube's spam, automation, originality, or monetization policies
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code, prompts, model weights, or training data
  • Use the Service's outputs to train competing AI models or services
  • Use the Service to compete with us or build a substantially similar product
  • Bypass usage limits, access restrictions, or abuse-detection systems

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation, including suspending or terminating your account without refund.

7. AI-generated content; user responsibility

The Service uses third-party generative AI models to produce video scripts, voiceovers, images, and other media. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI output may be wrong. AI output may be factually inaccurate, fabricated, biased, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.
  • AI output may misrepresent real people or events. AI output may reference real persons, organizations, or events in ways that are false, misleading, or unauthorized.
  • You must review before publication. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy, legality, originality, and policy compliance before publication, and for the consequences of publication.
  • No warranty. Autopilot Videos provides no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, non-infringement, or fitness of any AI output for any purpose.
  • You assume the risk. You assume all risk of defamation, right-of-publicity, copyright, trademark, election, or other claims arising from your publication of AI-generated content.
  • No depiction of real people without rights. You will not use the Service to generate content depicting real persons (including public figures) in false light, as deepfakes, or in ways that would violate their right of publicity, privacy, or any applicable election or impersonation laws.

8. Your YouTube channel and YouTube’s terms

By connecting your YouTube channel to Autopilot Videos, you agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service in addition to these terms. You acknowledge that YouTube’s policies, including its policies on inauthentic content and monetization eligibility, apply to all content published to your channel by Autopilot Videos. Autopilot Videos does not guarantee that content generated by our service will comply with YouTube’s evolving content policies, and you accept responsibility for reviewing and managing your channel’s compliance with those policies. You may revoke Autopilot Videos’s access to your YouTube channel at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You waive all claims against Autopilot Videos and Sumit Kumar, including for lost revenue, lost AdSense earnings, lost subscribers, lost goodwill, or lost business opportunity, arising from any action YouTube takes against your channel or any content on it — whether or not such action is connected to content published via Autopilot Videos. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to appeal, contest, or otherwise intervene in any YouTube action against your channel.

9. Service moderation and suspension

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, refuse to generate, transmit, or publish any content; suspend your access to the Service for investigation; or pause scheduled publishing for any reason. We have no obligation to monitor, moderate, or pre-screen any content. We may suspend your account during any investigation of suspected violations and resume service or terminate based on findings, with no obligation to reimburse fees during the suspension period.

10. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on the Service before checkout.
  • Subscriptions are currently billed on a monthly basis, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. We do not currently offer annual prepayment plans.
  • You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
  • All sales are final. Paid amounts are non-refundable, except where required by the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry collection for up to seven (7) days. If unresolved, we may suspend the Service. You remain liable for any pro-rated unpaid amounts up to the date of suspension.
  • We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice sent to your account email.
  • Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) are added at checkout where legally required.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, prompts, model configurations, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as explicitly stated.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent, except to identify that you are a user of the Service.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings or by emailing hello@autopilotvideos.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any reason, including (without limitation) if you violate these Terms, if required by law, if a third-party service provider revokes our access, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes commercially or technically impracticable. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service ends immediately
  • Your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Termination “for cause” (violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, abuse, or third-party-platform suspension) forfeits any prepaid amounts. Termination by us without cause entitles you to a pro-rated refund of unused, prepaid fees only.
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay any fees accrued through the date of termination. We may invoice you for unpaid fees and use any payment instrument on file to collect them.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL, OR APPROPRIATE; OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE INTEGRATION WILL CONTINUE TO FUNCTION.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published on your YouTube channel(s) and for all consequences of publishing it.

Service availability depends on a single operator. Periods of unavailability of up to 30 consecutive days are anticipated and do not constitute material breach. The Service should not be relied upon as the sole channel for time-critical or revenue-critical publishing.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, ADSENSE EARNINGS, SUBSCRIBERS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY (COMBINED, NOT PER CLAIM) FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES; OTHERWISE IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sumit Kumar and Autopilot Videos from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of: (a) Your Content, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, including any right-of-publicity, defamation, or copyright claim arising from content you publish through the Service, or (d) your use of the Service in ways not authorized by these Terms.

Procedure. We will give you prompt notice of any claim covered by this Section. You will have sole control of the defense and settlement, provided that you may not settle any claim that imposes any obligation (monetary or otherwise) on us without our prior written consent, which we may withhold in our sole discretion. We will reasonably cooperate at your expense. You will reimburse our reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred before you assumed defense.

16. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, governmental action, internet or hosting outages, denial-of-service attacks, third-party service disruptions (including YouTube/Google API, AI provider, or payment processor outages), or labor disputes. The affected party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate.

17. Governing law, arbitration, and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a single arbitrator in Delhi, India, in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Good-faith resolution first. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at hello@autopilotvideos.com and allowing us thirty (30) days to respond and resolve the matter.

Class-action waiver. You and we agree that any dispute shall be brought solely on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, mass, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple parties or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Equitable relief. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India, to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will send an email notification to registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications, additions of new sections that do not adversely affect existing rights) take effect immediately.

19. Notices

Notices from us to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account or posted within the Service. Notices from you to us must be sent to hello@autopilotvideos.com. Notices are deemed delivered on the day sent (email) or three business days after posting (other written form).

20. Survival

The following Sections survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: 4 (Your content and license — back-grant only), 6 (Acceptable use), 7 (AI-generated content), 8 (YouTube channel waiver), 11 (Intellectual property), 12 (Termination consequences), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of liability), 15 (Indemnification), 17 (Governing law and arbitration), 19 (Notices), this Section 20 (Survival), and 21 (Miscellaneous).

21. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
  • Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate, successor entity (including upon incorporation of Autopilot Videos as a registered company), or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words “including”, “such as”, and “for example” are illustrative, not limiting.
  • No third-party beneficiaries: These Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights. YouTube, payment processors, AI providers, and other third parties have no rights under these Terms.
  • Electronic agreement: These Terms may be accepted electronically (e.g. by clicking “I agree” or by using the Service) and form a binding agreement.
